Fiction, satire and parody
City Wars is a fictional entertainment game. It uses satirical business names, exaggerated characters and parody themes. Its depiction of crime, drugs, addiction, policing, unrest and military action is not an endorsement of real-world harm or unlawful conduct.
Real U.S. city names and ZIP codes are used as game locations. Virtual attacks, casualties, safety ratings, finances and leaderboards describe fictional player cities, not actual communities or residents. Registering a ZIP does not establish any real-world ownership or affiliation.
Mature content
Expect depictions or references to violence, weapons, missile and nuclear attacks, destruction, deaths, crime, drugs, addiction, alcohol, sexual humor, adult-themed businesses and strong language. City Wars is restricted to adults aged 18 and over. The 18+ access rule is set by City Wars; it is not a claim of an ESRB, PEGI or other official classification. Do not allow anyone under 18 to use the site or game.
Flashing lights and loud effects
The game can contain flashing emergency lights, lightning, explosions, screen effects, sirens and loud impact sounds. Consider your sensitivity to these effects and adjust volume and available settings before playing. Stop playing if the effects cause discomfort.
A game still in development
City Wars is an open beta. Content, balance, online rules and performance can change, and errors or lost progress are possible. Keep backups of saves that matter to you. Performance varies with hardware, settings and the size and complexity of a city; no minimum frame rate is guaranteed.
Online statistics and city images are reports from game sessions, not a continuous live camera feed. They can be delayed or stale. The world may include developer-operated or automated cities used to exercise multiplayer systems.
Promotional artwork
Banner and building concept images may be created or edited using AI tools, including Higgsfield. They illustrate the game’s style and are not necessarily screenshots of gameplay. Building scale, detail, lighting and features may differ in the playable game. A pictured design is not a promise of a particular final feature.
Third parties and map data
Third-party names, marks, tools and services belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply endorsement or sponsorship. City Wars is not an official product of a city, government agency, Discord, Google, or a third-party brand referenced in its parody content.
Map data uses GeoNames and U.S. Census Bureau sources. See the map-data attribution. These organizations do not endorse the fictional game events or player statistics shown on the map.
